This collaboration has enriched our community through their invaluable involvement in our Mindfulness Monday sessions. During sessions, their expert team teaches coping mechanisms and mindfulness techniques, helping our community to manage stress and improve their mental well-being.
NHS Coventry, Warwickshire, and Solihull Talking Therapies provide evidence-based psychological treatments for common mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. Their services include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), counselling, and guided self-help, all aimed at supporting individuals in their journey toward better mental health.
We provide a wealth of information and leaflets about their services in both the Makery and Individual Chapters, ensuring our community has easy access to the support they need.
