Learn all about managing stress and mindfulness through a combination of exercises and outlets Every monday there will be 10 places and it is free But as soon as our diary opens ensure to book to save your space to save disappointment. Each person who takes part will also receive one of our own Guardians Grow Mental Health Journal for free. Your Mental Health Matters! <3
