The Guardians Grow Charity began with one voice in 2016, one belief and one simple idea: that every person deserves to be heard, valued and supported. What started as one person standing up for her community became a grassroots community group in 2017 and in the heart of a global pandemic grew into a registered charity in 2020. Ten years on, we continue to evolve by listening to our community, meeting people where they are, and creating the services they tell us they need. We are a charity run by the community, for the community—because we believe in the power of people, the strength of belonging and what can be achieved when a community grows together.
